Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 10 May 2026
These terms apply to the use of https://wholesaleislamic.com and to orders placed through this website. The website is operated by WAAW LIMITED, trading as Wholesale Islamic.
1. About Us
WAAW LIMITED is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13180677. Our registered office is Unit 1 – 2 Carter House, Carter Street, Bolton, England, BL3 2HG. You can contact us at waawlife.com@gmail.com or +44 7961 711117.
2. Customers
We mainly supply wholesale products to retailers, gift shops, community stores, online sellers and other business buyers. If you buy from us as an individual consumer, your legal consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.
3. Products
We try to describe all products accurately and clearly. Product images are for guidance only and packaging, shade, scent presentation, batch information or labelling may vary where manufacturers update their products. You are responsible for checking that products are suitable for your intended use and, if you are a reseller, for complying with any product, labelling, safety, advertising and resale obligations that apply to your business.
4. Prices, VAT and Delivery Costs
Product prices, delivery options and delivery costs are shown on the website and at checkout. Where VAT applies, it should be shown according to the website checkout and tax settings. If WAAW LIMITED is VAT registered, the VAT number must be displayed in the Business Information page and on VAT invoices where required.
5. Placing an Order
Before placing an order, you can review your basket, delivery details and payment details. Please check your order carefully before confirming it. You are responsible for making sure your details are complete and accurate.
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This does not always mean that the order has been accepted. We may contact you if stock, pricing, address, payment or delivery details need to be corrected. A contract is formed when we accept your order or dispatch the goods.
6. Payment
Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We do not ask you to send card details by email. Payment providers may carry out fraud, security and authorisation checks.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown before checkout where available. Unless we agree a different delivery time with you, goods should normally be delivered within 30 days. Delivery may take longer for large wholesale orders, pallet deliveries, restricted products, fragrances, remote locations, customs issues or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Consumer cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy and Cancellation Form. Business-to-business wholesale returns may require prior authorisation unless the product is faulty, not as described or another legal right applies.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos where helpful and a clear description of the issue. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Wholesale and Resale
If you buy products for resale, you are responsible for your own product listings, customer information, legal notices, resale pricing, product storage, safety instructions and any local rules that apply to your sales channels or country of sale.
11. Fragrance, Cosmetic and Home Fragrance Products
Perfumes, oils, oud, bakhoor, room sprays and similar products must be used only as directed on their labels. Some products may contain allergens or flammable ingredients. Please see our Product Safety and Fragrance Information.
12. Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security features, copy content for unlawful use, or use the website in a way that damages our business or the experience of other customers.
13. Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. For business customers, we are not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss caused by misuse, incorrect storage or resale handling.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with an order or our service, please see our Complaints Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order will usually be the version available when you placed the order.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the place where you live.
