This page explains how delivery works for orders placed with Wholesale Islamic.

1. Delivery Costs and Options

Available delivery options and costs are shown at checkout where available. Delivery costs may depend on order value, weight, parcel size, destination, courier restrictions and whether the order includes fragrance, liquid, fragile or wholesale quantity products.

2. Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Unless we agree a different delivery time with you, goods should normally be delivered within 30 days. Larger wholesale orders, pre-orders, pallet shipments, restricted products or remote delivery areas may take longer.

3. Address Accuracy

Please make sure the delivery address, postcode, contact name, email and telephone number are accurate. We may not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

4. Delivery Problems

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, missing items or marked delivered but not received, please contact us at waawlife.com@gmail.com with your order number and details. Photos of damaged packaging and goods may help us resolve the issue faster.

5. International Delivery

If international delivery is available, customs charges, import duties, local taxes, clearance delays and product restrictions may apply. The buyer is responsible for checking local import rules before ordering.
