Complaints Policy

We want to resolve complaints fairly and quickly. If something has gone wrong with an order, delivery, product, return or customer service, please contact us.

1. How to Complain

Email waawlife.com@gmail.com or write to WAAW LIMITED, Unit 1 – 2 Carter House, Carter Street, Bolton, England, BL3 2HG. Please include your name, order number, contact details, a clear explanation of the issue and what outcome you are seeking.

2. What Happens Next

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and to provide a full response within 14 business days where possible. More complex complaints may take longer, but we will try to keep you updated.

3. Evidence

For product, delivery or damage issues, please keep the product, packaging, delivery label and any photos until the complaint is resolved.

4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, please reply and explain why. We will review the issue again where appropriate. This policy does not affect any legal rights you may have.
