Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled. Nothing in this policy removes legal rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.

1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, please contact us at waawlife.com@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos where helpful. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.

2. Consumer Online Cancellation Rights

If you buy as a consumer online, you usually have the right to cancel within 14 days after the goods are delivered, without giving a reason. After telling us you want to cancel, you normally have another 14 days to return the goods. We will normally refund within 14 days after we receive the goods back, or after you provide evidence that you have sent them back.

3. Standard Delivery Refunds

Where consumer cancellation rights apply, we will refund the standard delivery cost if you paid one. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we only need to refund the cost of standard delivery.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect goods in the same way you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary and their value has been reduced. Returned goods should be complete, unused where appropriate, in original packaging where reasonably possible and safely packed for return.

5. Exceptions

Some goods may not be returnable for change of mind where the law allows an exception, including personalised goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, perishable goods, and certain digital content or services once supplied with the required consent.

6. Business and Wholesale Buyers

If you buy as a business or wholesale buyer, change-of-mind returns are only accepted where agreed by us in writing, unless the item is faulty, not as described, incorrect or another legal right applies. Please contact us before sending wholesale returns.

7. How to Start a Return

Email waawlife.com@gmail.com with your order number, name, contact details, product details and reason for return. We will confirm the return instructions.
